What We Do
AWID is dedicated to the design, development and supply of advanced Access Control Vehicle Readers, Building Card Readers and Credentials. AWID pioneers development of Long Range (LR) building readers, such as the;
XM-700 for up to 7 foot read range
XN-300 for up to 3 foot read range
XR-100 for up to 1 foot read range
All three of these readers combine traditional RS232, Wiegand and OSDP Communication protocols with UHF Long Range technology in one reader Family. The family includes the LR-3000 Vehicle Reader and 11 Credential options which include vehicle tags, stickers, and personnel credentials that can be utilized across all readers!
AWID readers will work with ANY access control panel which makes these readers smart for any new, retrofit or add on project.
AWID is located in Morgan Hill, Ca near San Jose and has been in the industry for 25 years. Products are available in Canada, USA, Mexico, Caribbean and Latin America. AWID also has a European version for other continents!
