Expo Only Registration (Open May 1) — Free for qualified commercial real estate professionals attending the trade show only.

Note: Only qualified buyers may register under this category. Selling or promoting products/services to attendees or exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be expelled from the exhibit hall and conference.
Vendors — Non-exhibiting product/service providers are not eligible for Expo Only registration. You must either purchase a booth or register as a Full Conference attendee. BOMA reserves the right to deny ineligible registrations.
Exhibitors — Exhibiting companies must register through the Exhibitor Registration portal.
Exhibit Hall Lunch — Lunch in the Exhibit Hall is not included with Expo Only registration, however, Expo-Only registrants may purchase a lunch ticket for $65.
Family/Friend Registration — $195
This is an add-on available only with a Full Conference registration.
*A Family/Friend is defined as someone not employed in the commercial real estate industry. They may not attend business meetings or education sessions. To access those events, guests must register for the Full Conference.

The more people you register the more you save! Select the Full Conference registration option for 10 or more people from the same company and each person receives 20% off their Full Conference registration fee (must register a minimum of 10 people).

Exhibiting companies receive two (2) complimentary Full Conference registrations for each 100 square feet of booth space, plus unlimited badges for booth personnel. Booth personnel do not receive tickets for any ticketed conference events or meals. Booth personnel may purchase optional add-ons or purchase a Full Conference registration.

Registration Policies & Cancellation
- Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.
- Only individuals who are registered and display a 2026 conference badge may attend conference events.
- Children, spouses, and guests sharing hotel accommodations do not need to register unless they wish to attend conference events open to Family/Friend registrants.
- Family/Friends—defined as spouses, children, or guests who do not work in the commercial real estate industry—must register to attend events and may not participate in business meetings or education sessions; if they wish to attend these, they must register under the appropriate attendee category.
- Family/Friends and non-exhibiting vendors are not eligible for Expo Only registration, which is reserved exclusively for qualified commercial real estate professionals.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email by June 5, 2026, and are subject to a $100 processing fee; no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for conference no-shows.
- Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
- No refunds will be provided for TOBY Awards Reception & Gala ticket cancellations after June 5, 2026, or for no-shows.
- For Team Registrations:
- Teams of 3: If any member cancels, the $100 team discount is forfeited and each cancellation incurs a $100 processing fee.
- Teams of 5: If any member cancels, the complimentary registration is forfeited; all other cancellations incur a $100 processing fee.
- Teams of 10 or more: If cancellations reduce the team below 10 members, the 20% discount is forfeited and the team will be reclassified under the 5- or 3-person discount tier, depending on the remaining number; each cancellation still incurs a $100 processing fee.
- Expo Only registrants are limited to exhibit hall access and may not attend any other conference events.
