Registration Policies & Cancellation

  • Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.
  • Only individuals who are registered and display a 2026 conference badge may attend conference events.
  • Children, spouses, and guests sharing hotel accommodations do not need to register unless they wish to attend conference events open to Family/Friend registrants.
  • Family/Friends—defined as spouses, children, or guests who do not work in the commercial real estate industry—must register to attend events and may not participate in business meetings or education sessions; if they wish to attend these, they must register under the appropriate attendee category.
  • Family/Friends and non-exhibiting vendors are not eligible for Expo Only registration, which is reserved exclusively for qualified commercial real estate professionals.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email by June 5, 2026, and are subject to a $100 processing fee; no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for conference no-shows.
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • No refunds will be provided for TOBY Awards Reception & Gala ticket cancellations after June 5, 2026, or for no-shows.
  • For Team Registrations:
  • Teams of 3: If any member cancels, the $100 team discount is forfeited and each cancellation incurs a $100 processing fee.
  • Teams of 5: If any member cancels, the complimentary registration is forfeited; all other cancellations incur a $100 processing fee.
  • Teams of 10 or more: If cancellations reduce the team below 10 members, the 20% discount is forfeited and the team will be reclassified under the 5- or 3-person discount tier, depending on the remaining number; each cancellation still incurs a $100 processing fee.
  • Expo Only registrants are limited to exhibit hall access and may not attend any other conference events.
