How do I reserve a guest room at one of the conference hotels?
Conference hotels infomation are coming soon. Please note registration is required before you can reserve a room within BOMA's room blocks.
How do I become an exhibitor at the conference?

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is recommended. Meeting rooms tend to be cooler, so a sweater or jacket is suggested. The TOBY Awards Reception & Banquet is black tie optional.
What meals are included with my registration?
Your registration includes Saturday Welcome Reception (heavy appetizers), lunch in the Expo on Sunday & Monday, and the One BOMA Recognition Lunch on Tuesday. Additional refreshments are provided throughout the conference.
How do I receive my name badge?
Bring your registration confirmation e-mail and picture ID to the BOMA registration desk located in the North Lobby at the Long Beach Convention Center. Your badge will be printed onsite.
How can I update or change my registration information?
Click the registration dashboard link in your confirmation e-mail to edit your record, or e-mail boma@csreg.zohodesk.com.
How can I speak at this conference?

You should have received your speaker confirmation e-mail with your special code. If not, contact klor@boma.org or mkonigsberg@boma.org, or call 202-326-6315.
I am an exhibitor. How do I register?
Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size. Your company’s main contact has the password to the exhibitor portal. For more info contact support@showmgmt.com.
How can I contact other attendees before the conference?
Registered attendees may login to Peer Connect to view attendees, send messages, or schedule appointments. Peer Connect is also available in the mobile app.
How do I download the Conference Mobile App?
The free app will be available in the App Store and Google Play by end of May. Registered attendees will be notified when it’s available.
Where is the BOMA registration desk and what are the hours?
The desk will be located in the North Lobby of the Long Beach Convention Center and opens at Noon on Friday, June 26.
I am an exhibitor. When can I set up and where should I ship my materials?
The Exhibitor Service Manual, available from your dashboard, contains all details about booth setup, shipping, and ordering items.

Is this conference tax deductible?
Yes. Expenses incurred by U.S. citizens in attending conferences held by non-profit associations, such as BOMA, are generally tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Consult with your tax advisor.
