The 2026 BOMA International Conference will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center. BOMA has four (4) official conference hotels offering special rates for BOMA attendees and exhibitors, all located within close walking distance to the convention center. You must be a registered attendee or exhibitor to reserve a room at the BOMA rate. When you register to attend, there will be a link to book your hotel reservation on the registration form. If you’ve already registered, please go to your registration dashboard (the link to your registration dashboard is in your reservation confirmation email) and click on the hotel reservation link.

Please note that BOMA and its official housing service provider, ConferenceDirect, will never contact you directly to book hotel reservations. If you receive such a solicitation, either by phone or e-mail, please be aware the solicitor has no affiliation with BOMA, even if they state they are contacting you about the BOMA International Conference & Expo. Please treat such solicitations with caution.

Hotel Room Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation before June 4, 2026, please contact BOMA’s housing service, ConferenceDirect, at the number provided on your hotel reservation confirmation. ConferenceDirect will charge a one-time $50 per reservation cancellation processing fee. If you need to cancel after June 4, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation fee charged by the hotel equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.

Exhibitor Sub-Block Policy
Exhibitors/Groups requiring 10 or more rooms may contact BOMA Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, to request a sub-block housing form. The last date to submit a sub-block request is April 1, 2026. Once you create your block, you can start booking your rooms right away.

Important: To finalize your sub-block, the BOMA Housing Bureau must receive the individual guest names by April 21. Effective April 24, 2026, unused rooms will be released and assessed a $50 cancellation processing fee. Hotels may charge one night's room and tax for cancellations made within 72 hours in advance.
