Hotel Room Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the cancellation policy provided by the hotel at the time of booking. Cancellation terms may vary depending on rate type and booking channel. For assistance, contact the Westin Long Beach directly or visit their hotel website.

Exhibitor Sub-Block Policy
Exhibitors/Groups requiring 10 or more rooms may contact BOMA Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, to request a sub-block housing form by clicking here. The last date to submit a sub-block request is April 1, 2025.

Once you create your block, you can start booking your rooms right away.

Important: To Finalize your sub-block, the BOMA Housing Bureau must receive the individual guest names by April 21. Effective April 24, 2025, the BOMA Housing Bureau will release unused rooms in your block. (An unused room is one that does not have the name of a registered attendee attached to it.)

Reservations: Once your sub-block has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with booking instructions on how to make your group hotel reservations. After April 21 you will not be able to make any additional room request in your sub-block. However, you can still make modifications to existing reservations. You may also be able to make a new individual reservation.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds: Room cancellations received starting April 24 will be assessed $50 processing fee by the Housing Bureau. This fee will also be assessed for no-shows. Modifications can be made at any time. The hotels will charge one night's room and tax for rooms that are cancelled with less than 3 working days. You may continue to make changes and cancellations with the BOMA Housing Bureau until June 4. Starting June 9, please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations.

Please note the hotel may charge an early departure fee in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest's reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid the fee must advise the Hotel at check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
