Tech Walks

Turn the conference floor into a curated learning experience. BOMA’s Tech Walks, taking place on Monday, June 29 on the Expo Floor, are guided, topic‑focused tours designed to help owners, operators, and asset managers cut through the noise and get straight to the solutions that matter most. Led by industry experts, each walk pairs real building challenges—tenant experience, AI, high‑performance operations, emergency preparedness, and modernization—with the right partners, the right questions, and practical insights you can use immediately. Because at BOMA, education doesn’t just happen in sessions, it happens everywhere.

How to Sign-up for a Tech Walk

Tech walks will be led by a BOMA Fellow and are free for anyone to participate! Capacity is limited on each walk and advance sign-up is required on a first-come, first-served basis. You may sign up for the Tech Walk when you register for the conference. If you have already registered, you may go to your registration dashboard to add the Tech Walk.
