Prizes in the Expo – Two Ways to Win!
Participate in one or both prize drawings each day for a chance to win valuable prizes or cash!
1. The $800 Prize Ticket
The BOMA Prize Ticket is your opportunity to win $800 at the BOMA Expo! All BOMA Conference attendees are entered to win—no additional entry required. You’ll find two Prize Tickets (one for Sunday, one for Monday) in your registration bag. Your drawing time is listed on your ticket.
Winners will be announced at the Prize Stage (Booth 1723) throughout the day. You must be present to claim your prize. If the winning ticket holder is not present, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
Rules & Regulations
- Only registered conference attendees may participate.
- You must have the winning ticket in hand when your number is called.
- Drawings occur during Expo hours on June 28 and June 29.
- You must be present at the Prize Stage when your number is called.
- Up to 7 alternate numbers may be drawn if the prize is not claimed.

- Free registration to the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, TN
- $500 credit toward BOMA BEST application (transferable)
Visit each Welcome Party sponsor booth on Sunday to get your card stamped. Drop your validated card in the drum at the Prize Stage to enter. Must be present to win.
Monday, June 29, 4:15 PM — Win one of four prizes:
- $1,000 cash prize
- $1,500 cash prize
- Free registration to the 2027 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, TN
- $500 credit toward BOMA BEST application (transferable)
Visit each Premier Sponsor booth on Monday to get your card stamped. Drop your validated card in the drum at the Prize Stage to enter. Must be present to win.
