In recognition of the commitment of the 2026 exhibitors to the association, BOMA International will conduct a priority space selection. Exhibitors from the 2026 BOMA International Expo are eligible to select space for the 2027 BOMA International Expo during designated time slots. Priority points are based on both current and previous participation.
Priority Space Selection will take place at the 2026 BOMA International Expo in Long Beach on Sunday, June 28 and Monday, June 29 in the Expo Sales Office located at the back of the 600 aisle (booth 658).
HERE’S WHAT TO DO:
Download the Priority Space Selection Brochure. Check pages 2-3 for alphabetical listing and pages 4-5 for your company’s selection time.

Attend your scheduled time slot at the Expo Sales Office. Submit your 2027 Exhibit Space Contract either:
- Electronically if your authorized signer is present
- Or download and complete the fillable contract with an authorized signature and bring it with you
A company representative must be present at your scheduled time to retain priority. No payment is due at submission. A 50% deposit is due by August 15, 2026.
If your company cannot exhibit after selection, you may cancel in writing before August 15, 2026 without liability.
