Property Manager's Guide to Tenant Improvement Projects

This session will be framed from a property manager's perspective and will focus on how to manage TI projects, including ownership led vs tenant led projects, and the PMs role in each. Attendees will learn about how to improve communication with key stakeholders in TI projects, such as brokers, as well as how to manage tenant relationships during a project and how to maintain excellent customer service. Some examples of common TI projects are HVAC and roof replacements.
