Kimberley R. Jackson-Hagwood, CPM®, serves as Managing Director of Property Management for Stream’s Georgia market, where she oversees more than 17 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets across Atlanta, Savannah, and surrounding markets. She is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and leadership development across a high-performing team. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Kimberley is known for enhancing asset value through disciplined financial management, strategic execution, and people-centered leadership. She has extensive experience managing Class A office environments and complex, institutional portfolios requiring strong operational controls and results-driven decision-making. Throughout her career, Kimberley has led capital initiatives, sustainability programs, and operational improvements that align with ownership objectives and support long-term asset performance. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including GlobeSt.’s Woman of Influence, IREM Member of the Year, and multiple BOMA awards. Properties under her leadership have also received BOMA International’s TOBY Award, reflecting her commitment to best-in-class property management. Kimberley is an active leader within IREM and BOMA, currently serving as Regional Vice President for IREM (Regions 4 and 7) and in various board roles. She is also the Co-Founder and President of SICRE (Sisters in Commercial Real Estate), an organization dedicated to mentoring and advancing Black women in the industry. Through her leadership, industry service, and commitment to developing others, Kimberley continues to shape the future of commercial real estate.
