With over 21 years of engineering expertise, Matt has navigated his career trajectory from Utility Engineer to Chief Engineer through dedication and proficiency. As a Chief Engineer, he spearheaded the adoption of energy-efficient principles, resulting in substantial cost savings for building owners without compromising service quality. Matt's leadership has extended across engineering operations in Northern California for the past 10 years, supported by certifications as a LEED Green Associate and Licensed BREEAM Assessor. Furthermore, he brings his wealth of experience to his second consecutive year as Vice-Chair of the BOMA International Building Engineers committee.
