Carla Hinson is Vice President of Solutions and Innovation, North America at MRI Software. She leads go-to-market strategy and is responsible for product management and development of the North America product suite encompassing mid-market to enterprise solutions. Carla brings over 26 years of commercial, tenant, and retail PropTech experience.
Prior to joining MRI, Carla was Executive Managing Director, GCS Global Technology, for Newmark and served as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Services Director across multiple consulting and software companies prior to Newmark. Carla is also the Executive Sponsor of PRISM, MRI’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, and believes strongly in the importance of education and leadership in creating a safe culture where teams and individuals thrive. Carla currently serves as a Board member of the MRI Foundation. She was also named one of GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence 2025 in Commercial Real Estate as a PropTech Executive and Innovator.
