Krisha Aswani is an accomplished Assistant Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company, where she supports the daily operations of a Class A commercial building in Plano, Texas. She specializes in tenant relations, operational efficiency, vendor management, and the execution of large-scale tenant events that enhance the overall building experience. With a background in Computer Information Systems and Technology, Krisha leverages her technical and organizational skills to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making across property operations. Beyond her role, she is actively involved in professional and community leadership: she serves as a mentor in the Collin College Business Advocacy Program, is a chair of two committees within the Plano Mayor’s Summer Internship Alumni Association, and mentors students through the Hendrick Scholarship Program. Krisha is also a continuing leader for UT Dallas’s Real Estate Club and contributes her expertise as a member of BOMA's networking committee.
